Cosmos Control
Artwork done for a 2 month long indie horror game jam: You're an officer stationed at a boundary agency and you need to verify each alien's information before letting them through. If you suspect they have falsified information, then you must not allow them entry at all costs!

Spirit Blossom Thresh - Going Home

I wanted to try a more sweet vibe with a periwinkle sky and pink clouds.I also wanted to try and push the hand towards the viewer.Next time, I'll try to have more depth with the hair and clothing!
This was a challenging illustration, since I wanted to have a low-key/low contrast lit scene, which is the opposite of what I typically do.I had an alternative version that I scrapped that added some bright rim light on to the character.I liked both but the low contrast version won out as it was what I wanted to achieve.
Warrior Art Camp & Concept Design for Game Cosmetics with Tim Guo .
Original Character 'Yeona' designed by Tim Guo.Chosen theme was an Academy skin line.
At first, a style exploration exercise. Now part of my game :)Design & expression sheet for a carpenter character for an on-going game project. In particular, I wanted to have a subtly expressive NPC.The other character is a tailor, who's much more expressive with 'negative' emotions. Both of these characters have been redesigned quite a lot since their first iteration from when I was in school.
